Iván Rubio Fabré was beaten and taken to the punishment cell in the provincial prison where he has been since July 2016. He was punished for shouting anti-government slogans such as "Down with Raúl" and "Down the Dictatorship" on the prison roof as a protest against the decision to deprive him of a conjugal visit.
