Celina was about to leave for the Santa Catalina de Ricci Church in order to attend a Sunday Mass. At the moment she left, she was detained by State Security (DSE) official known as Edwin Jefferson or Kevin with his three colleagues who the victim did not know. She was taken to the detention centre Parque 24 in a patrol car no. 605. She was released later on at about 8 pm without any further consequences.
