Enrique Mustelier Sosa was summoned to the police unit Parque 24 for the morning, 11 March 2020. There he was received by a person known as Sierra and State Security official Víctor Víctor. They both threatened him with imprisonment for beeing involved in counterrevolutionary activities. "You are meeting up with activists from the Cuban Patriotic Union (UNPACU) in Guantánmo, that is to say Henry, Rafael, Bartolo and Alexey. You will end up in prison," said official Víctor who did not, according to the victim, stop threatening him during all the interrogation.
