APLP activist arrested, threatened and interrogated, his house searched and his cell phone confiscated



Activists Yunior Berges González, Roberto Rodríguez and Emiliano González were arrested together after the search of the latter's house. The neighborhood where he lives was militarized. During the search, they took Emiliano González' laptop and 500 GB hard drive and Yunior Berges' cell phone. The activists were taken to Bayamo, Emiliano González spent 12 hours in the first unit, where he was threatened with imprisonment and accused of sponsoring terrorism for allegedly receiving aid from abroad. He was also questioned repeatedly about his money and is still under surveillance.
