Adaelma Lobaina was at home when two officials appeared at the door. The same officials had already threatened her with demolishing her garage. The garage belongs to Adaelma and was built with a legal permission. Even though, the state authorities want her to demolish it. Adaelma refused it and for that reason was fined 100 pesos.
