A man attacked by a Cuban military agent in Bayamo

Francisco Luis Manzanet Ortiz walked down the street of the village of Jamal where he lives. He became the victim of an attack by the head of the military section, who threw the bike over to the activist, giving a strong blow to the arm. This military is named Oneidis Guilarte Sotolongo.
