Four women detained before heading to Mass

On September 6, 2015, police officers came to the to Martha Pupo Nieves´ house in order to prevent her from attending Mass on Sunday morning. Martha Pupo Nieves together with Marexy Lausau Tamayo, Yilennis Aguilera Santos y Mayra González Pupo were detained and taken to the Police Department called El Anillo. They were released after 4 hours.
