On September 2, 2015, Jorge Luis Peña Ramos was summoned before the head of the sector in his area in Guantánamo known as Rudesleis, who threatened to take him to prison if he had no labor ties for the next summons, since, according to him, in his sector there could not be anyone without a job. The same sector chief issued Jorge a warning.
