Roelvis Cuba Sendo was going to attend Mass calling for freedom for political prisoners and freedoms for Cubans, whe he was detained by Major Bryan in 2 Sur and Beneficencia Street. He was driven to the Police Department, where he was threatened and beaten for his activities against government of Raul Castro. Here he was also threatened and beaten by Captain Jeidis, chief instructor of the Department
