Guantánamo activist summoned to the police station and harassed by State Security official

In the morning, 13 October 2020, Alexey Brizo la Hera was summoned to the police station in the sector North in the city of Guantánamo. There he was received by State Security official Lionis. The official told him that he is being tracked by the police as a potential criminal and from that moment on, his life will change. He also told him that he personally will be responsible for that and he is ready to summon him anytime. According to the official he is also obliged to cooperate with the police which was immediately refused by Brizo, saying that he is not a traitor. When the official heard it, he said: "Well, then I have to tell you that you will be soon imprisoned." Then he added that he was not allowed to visit any of the counter-revolutionaries in their houses and to attend their meetings. If so, he would have to inform the official who would intervene right away. Eventually, the official said: " Do not forget that your house is under surveillance."
