Activist beaten, harassed, and left naked by state agents

Activist Miguel Ángel López Herrera was the victim of an arbitray detention by the Department of State Security (DSE) on July 23, when his belongings were stolen and he was left naked in the middle of the mountain after being pushed and beaten by DSE and police officers. On July 30, 2020, in the afternoon, in his home, he was the victim of an act of repudiation by members of organizations related to the regime, they shouted at him "gusano" (worm), "pin pon fuera la gusanera" (put down the worm), among other phrases, all under the command and supervision of the Department of State Security and Major Sergio.
