In the morning, 31 July 2019, Mr. Alexander Chacón Lamoth was detained and taken to the police unit known as Parque 24. There he was kept without any legal assistance and without being explained the reason for the detention. On 1 August, the official Vichi visited Chacón in his prison cell and said : "I told you that meeting certain people will cause you troubles" and he left. On the next day, 2 August, Chacón was taken to the court and there, without any previous notice, preparation or even a possibility to get a lawyer to defend him, he was sentenced for 4 years for "pre-criminal dangerousness", without any right to appeal.
