The victim Pedro Luis Días Pelegrin was summoned on July 6 at 8 am by the head of sector to the police unit called Parque 24. There, he was attended by the officer Kevin of the Security of the State who threatened him with going to the prison and losing his home. The reasons for the appointment were his direct links with the counterrevolutionists while participating in conspiracy workshops against the Cuban revolution. He interrogated him about the subject of those meetings. When Pedro Luis refused to answer that, officer Kevin told him they would accuse him from dangerousness.
