Deisi Cuello was going to attend an event carried out by Ladies in White Movement. When she was leaving her house, she was detained by State Security officials (DSE) and National Revolutionary Police (PNR) and prevented from joining the event. She was then taken to the Detention Center El Vivac, where she was kept for more than 10 hours.
