A man in Guantanamo detained on the street and taken to the police



Juan Carlos was walking down the Los Maceos and Prado Street, when the patrol car no. 602 stopped him. The police searched him and found seven packets of biscuits which police used as a pretext to detain him. Two policemen took him to the police unit known as Parque 24 and confiscated him the biscuit packets. He was kept under the detention for two hours and then released and fined 200 pesos for alleged illicit sale.
