UNPACU activist imprisoned under the precriminal social dangerousness law



Orlan Fernández Velásquez, an activist with the Patriotic Union of Cuba (UNPACU), was taken to prison on charges of pre-criminal social danger. According to the victim, these acts are reprisals against him because of his activism.
