On May 23 Eriberto Bichi came at home Leinier Cruz Salfrán to tell to Leinier that he had to present in the police station "Park 24" at 11 AM. On May 25 Eriberto Bichi came back to summon him on the 26th at 8 AM in the same station. According to the Head of Sector the motive of citation was to hold a conversation. As the citation did not satisfy the requirements under the law, the activist did not attend.
