UNPACU activist threatened at his house

On 1 October, police officer Captain Forestel appeared at the house of a human rights activist and a member of the Cuban Patriotic Union (UNPACU) Yanira Joubert Cisnero in order to summon him due to his political activism. He told the activist that he has to go with him otherwise the things will get complicated. However, the official did not known that the young activist was recording what was happening as a proof. Similar actions are being undertaken very often when the State Security uses its officials to target and threaten human rights defenders in Cuba.
