At 2:20 p.m, Iván Hernández Carrillo and other members of the Party for Democracy of Pedro Luis Boitel Abraham were walking through Colón when a police car appeared. One of the officers of the political police who intercepted them told Ivan that he was being detained. He was then transferred in a patrol car to the police station. During the time he was arrested, the corresponding arrest certificate was not issued and he was fined $150.00 CUP (4.6 euro).
