Lady in White from Guantánamo detained while heading to Mass

Celina was about to visit the Santa Catalina de Ricci Church in order to attend Sunday Mass which is organized there. She was carrying a transparent asking for release of all political prisoners. When she was walking down Los Maceos Street and Camilo Cienfuegos Avenue, she was stopped by State Security (DSE) officials known as Víctor Víctor and Luis Ángel or Roberto who detained her. She was taken to the DSE detention center known as Operations. There she was told by the officials that if she continued being engaged in the Ladies in White movement, she would be deported from Cuba. Later on, she was given an official warning for "disobedience" and she was released at about 8 pm on the same day.
