A man guarded by police preventing him leaving his house (a case of Reinaldo Hernandez Velasquez)



Reinaldo Hernandez Velasquez was preparing to participate in civic activities scheduled for the memorial day dedicated to memory of Carlos Manuel de Cespedes. He was visited at home by the political police accompanied by two law enforcement. Other collaborators monitored the victim's house early in the morning to not to leave his home. They told Reinaldo he could not leave, or he would has been arrested. Reinaldo could visit Gabriel - Reinaldo's colegue who has been already detained. Reinaldo said he could not come to Gabriel because it was a lost cause. They kept watching the house of Reinaldo until time of approximately 13 hours, so he could not go out to look for lunch for his family, nor to sell something as salesman he is.
