Nápoles Leyva was arrested and threatened with prosecution for the crime of disobedience if he continued to support opposition groups to the regime.



Nápoles Leyva was summoned by the Sector Commander of his area by order of the State Security, where he was to report to Unit Park 24. There, he was threatened for not having a labor relationship and for meeting with opposition groups against the regime. He was warned that he would be prosecuted for the crime of disobedience if he continued to support the opposition in any activity against the regime. After four hours of being detained at Unit Park 24, he was released with a threat.
