Peña Wong was summoned by the sector chief of his area of the Parque 24 Police Unit and received threats for not having a work relationship and for allegedly meeting with people known to be opponents of the regime. In addition to this, he was told that if he committed a crime on Human Rights Day, he would be prosecuted for disobedience or dangerousness. He was detained for seven hours.
