Celina Osorio, a Lady in White, was heading to the church Santa Catalina de Ricci to take part in the Sunday mass which the Ladys in White attend every week. When she was between the street Los Maceos and the street 3 south, the State Security Department (DSE) officers Víctor Víctor and Kevin or Jefferson arrested and leaded her in the patrol 602 to the detention center known as “Operaciones”. The defender was released around 5 pm of the same day.
