Activist Niorvis Rivera Guerra is in prison for a crime invented by the State Security. He is in critical health conditions to which neither the regime nor the authorities have given any attention and they deny him medical care. The patient, who has a long list of medical history and a treatment against a thyroid and hemorrhoids, is being from January 5, 2016 in poor conditions. After a hunger strike that he carried out in order to be taken to the hospital, he was sent to Santiago de Cuba, where - until now - he has not been given the medical assistance, which consists of radiations and other treatments of vital importance for the improvement of his illness.
