The activist and his father where in the queue of the bank waiting to do the paperwork for a subsidy. Suddenly there was some turmoil and one of the guards accused the father of hitting him. The activist defended his father when the National Revolutionary Police arrived and took both of them to the police station. Once there, they were fined.
