Arbitrary arrest for police errors

Juan was summoned to the police unit before the head of the sector. When he arrived, the soldier informed him that he was to be sent to prison for not working. The papers were sent to the enforcement judge of the Municipal Court, who ordered him released after verifying that Juan worked as a custodian.
