Prohibiting the freedom to live and think differently



On April 15, 2022, Anderlay Guerra Blanco, who is an independent journalist, was connected to the WIFI zone located on Pedro Agustín Pérez between 10 and 11 Sur, in front of the Mercado Campesino. It was around 2pm when a paramilitary known as Indilgarin Martinez Maza arrived along with another paramilitary of unknown name. Both men began to threaten Anderlay with a beating. The political police agent known as Victor also arrived at the scene, who added to the threats and even tried to snatch the victim's phone. They were not able to snatch the phone thanks to the intervention of several people who were waiting to buy in the market, the people intervened to leave Anderlay alone, to which the policeman Victor being upset, shouted that: Anderlay was an enemy of the Revolution and therefore, he should not be so calm, that everyone present should join in teaching him a lesson so that he would leave the country.
