Last Friday, April 29, the victim was summoned by the Sector Chief of the police unit of Reparto Caribe, on 4 Oeste between 15 and 16 Norte. The officer told the victim: "Chino, Sunday will be May 1st, and we want it to be a nice parade, so you know I don't want any posters against revolutionaries or demonstrations against the government. The fines will be very high."
