Celina Osoria Claro was detained by State Security officials (DSE) known as Víctor Víctor and Luis Ángel along with two more policemen in the Los Maceos and 3 Sur Streets in Guantánamo. The detention took place when Celina was on her way to the José Martí Park in order to participate in a protest event against a murder of a young Afro-Cuban Hansen Ernesto Hernández who had been subjected to police violence and killed. She was then taken to the police unit called Parque 24. There she was interrogated by the DSE official known as Kevin or Edwin Jefferson who told her that she had received several official warnings and in any moment, they could start to prosecute her for so-called pre-criminal social dangerousness. It would mean she could be put in prison and should act accordingly, added the official. Celina was released at about 5 pm on the same day.
