MCR activist arrested by State Security in Camajuaní

On 31 July, 2020, an activist from Cienfuegos and a member of the Cuban Reflection Movement (MCR), Francisco Heriberto Rodríguez Juanes, was arrested. Two State Security officials, led by a Captain known as "Hugo the Chinese", drove him to the local station of the National Revolutionary Police (PNR). When they got there, Francisco Heriberto had to take off his clothes as the officials were looking for money. He was released at about 7 pm and stayed that night in Camajuaní.
