Rolando, activist of the UNPACU, detained



At 6:30 a.m., the activist of the UNPACU Rolando Valverde Cruz was heading to the Santiago de Cuba to participate in a mass to ask for the freedom of political prisoners and for the cessation of political oppression. Suddenly, was detained by State Security officials known as Alayo and Raúl, then he was driven to the police unit in the municipality El Salvador. There, he received threat from captain Oscar that they would accuse him of public disorder. He was released around 11 a.m.
