Human rights defender Henry Couto Guzmán was arrested on a street and taken by a police car to his home. There the Guantánamo political police made a meticulous home search without showing the necessary legal documents. During the illegal search a laptop, a video camera, several USB memories and numerous work materials, books and other media were confiscated. After the search, he was taken to the police training unit where he remained for several days.
