Ismael Castro Valentín was prevented from traveling to Colombia on Sunday, 24 March, in the afternoon hours. The present migration officers from the José Martí Airport in Havana, terminal 3, informed him, that he could not travel because he is "regulated". Castro Valentín was invited to Colombia by National Institute of Social Studies (INES) to join a training about unions.
