Carlos Javier Gómez Guevara was prevented from travelling to Colombia on Sunday, 24 March, in the afternoon hours. The migration officers at the José Martí International Airport, Terminal 3, informed him that he was banned from travelling because his status was "regulated". Gómez Guevera was invited by the National Institute of Social Studies (INES) based in Colombia to participate in a course on trade unions.
