Ernesto was imprisoned without anyone knowing



Ernesto was in front of the National Theater when he was detained by several officers of state security. He was taken to the parking of the Cultural institution and then, after they conducted the body search and confiscated his belongings, he was taken to a minivan along with another detainees and transferred to the detention center Vivac. They gave him to sign official warning, release documents and detention protocol which stated as a reason for the detention participating in a public disorder. All these documents he refused to sign. He was not allowed to make phone calls to inform his family. Ernesto's wife, not knowing his whereabouts, filed a complaint about his disappearance, because the police did not registered him. Ernesto was imprisoned from December 30 to January 2.
