José Ernesto Morales Estrada, an independent lawyer, was going to attend a training on human rights and democracy. When he was passing through the Recreo Street, he was detained by State Security officials, put into white Lada car and taken to the local police station. The officials searched him and found 10 stickers saying "#Otro18" - which is a political initiative supporting a democratic transition in Cuba. The officials told him that by distributing such stickers is supporting an counterrevolutionary propaganda and conspiracy movements. Finally, State Security official Yoel told him that next time he wouldn´t be so benevolent. José Ernesto was kept under detention for 4 hours.
