On March 13th, Lazaro Otoniel Lacher Cardenas, was working near the Abel Santamaria de Pinar del Rio Provincial Hospital. Two inspectors rudely asked for his sellers patent; once he showed them the license, his patent was taken away, to the Office of Inspection and Supervision. When Lazaro went he was informed that his documents were not there. Lazaro decided to go to the office of illegalities of the Revolutionary National Police where his patent was returned and was randomly fined 700 CUP (28€). The victim stressed that his rights as a worker were being violated after which he was threatened with being sent to a prison cell.
