The activist Hector was heading to the headquarters of the UNPACU in order to participate in a Mass in Santuario del Cobre. Around 6 o'clock in the morning, he was detained by the Major Bryan and transferred to the detention center where he was threatened with going to prison because of his activism in favor of the human rights. He was released after 3 p.m.
