Activist prevented from participating in Todos Marchamos Campaign

The activist was on his way to the Santuario del Cobre to attend Todos Machamos Campaign - an event organized by UNPACU. When he was already in the car with other activists, they were detained by secret police officials. They were put in a truck and driven outside the city and one by one released at various places, so they could not arrive in El Cobre.
