Celina Osoria Claro was detained when she was heading home on the 3 Sur and Los Maceos Street. The detention was carried out by the State Security (DSE) officials known as Víctor Víctor and Yusmanis, who identified himself as a head of investigations, along with two policemen. They took Celina to the police unit Parque 24. There, the officials told her that she would be accused of spreading the epidemic since she had allowed counterrevolutionaries to visit her at home where she lives with her two children and mother. The officials also told her that this was going to be the last official warning and then she would be prosecuted. According to Celina, she was a victim of political persecution as she had participated in a fasting organized by the Cuban Patriotic Union (UNPACU) from 13 until 15 May which was meant to support the release of political prisoners and against the repression. Later on, she was issued the official warning for spreading the epidemic and released.
