A pedicab driver from Baracoa threatened at home by PNR

The National Revolutionary Police (PNR) officer Adael and the head of the Confrontation Unit Olivero went to the house of activist Osvaldo Álvarez. The officials threatened him that if he left the house and went to the city without a handkerchief, they would put him in prison. After this event, Osvaldo got a tatoo on his forehead saying “change” and posted it on Facebook, calling on changes, the end of repression and liberty for political prisoners.
