On 25 November 2020, Yasser Fernando Rodríguez González was arrested in his house, allegedly due to a subversive video he had published on his Facebook profile on 16 November. After having spent 15 days imprisoned, his house was searched. The officials took from the house his old military clothes he was using as work clothes and several disused military artefacts. On the top of that, his two dogs were also taken away from the house. Currently, Rodríguez González is being imprisoned in the Combinado del Este Prison. The police is accusing him of “other acts against the security of the state”.
