García Pérez was summoned by the Sector Chief of his area to report to the Reparto Obrero Police Unit. There he was detained for 2 hours, time in which he was threatened for not having a work relationship and for meeting with people opposed to the regime. He was also warned that if he continued to do so or appeared at any demonstration of any kind that affected the regime, a danger index would be applied to him and he would be punished with the crime of disobedience.
