A Cuban citizen was victim of sexual abuse by the sector chief, Lieutenant Feyo Nicle Hernández. This officer told her that when they gave him another complaint about her for making a racket in her house late at night and bothering the neighbors along with other perverted people just like her, he was going to fine her for public disorder because they were not authorized to bother the neighbors with such loud music. The woman says that the sector chief has been harassing her and threatening to imprison her simply because she has not listened to his sexual insinuations, since he has always wanted to have sex with her, and she has never listened to him. The victim has questioned some of her neighbors in the neighborhood where she lives, asking if she had bothered any of them with on the day that the sector chief said that she and her friends were making a public scandal, and she did not hear a single complaint about their behavior in the neighborhood. Another way that she tried to demonstrated that the sector chief's allegations against her were a lie was that she went to the National Revolutionary Police (PNR) unit so they will carry out an investigation to prove who was lying.
