UNPACU activist threatened by the State Security officials on the street

On 27 January 2019, the human rights activist Henry Couto Guzmán was on the Paseo and Los Maceos Street where the wi-fi zone is located. Suddently, the State Security official Víctor Víctor along with his four colleagues appeared and started threatening Henry Couto: "We are going to beat you up in a way that nothing will help you to shape up again, so you better get out of here", said the official. The others, all dressed up in civil clothes, joined his colleague and threatened and insulted Couto as well. In fact, the only thing Couto was doing, was trying to get connected to the public wi-fi.
