No access to housing or land

The complainant is the mother of three minor children. She does not have a job and therefore does not receive income to meet her needs and those of her family. The Cuban government indicated that it would give houses to women who had three children and were heads of household. Yadira applied, as she met the requirements. However, she was informed that the land assigned to her by the State is owned by someone else and to date no land or subsidy has been provided, so she is still unable to access decent housing.
