Lázaro Raymon Díaz was summoned by the local police chief to the police station located in Reparto Obrero district in the city of Guantánamo. Since he did not arrive at the summons, he was detained on the street and driven to the police station. There he was threatened for not having a job and for meeting with youth from his neighborhood. The officers also told him that he could be prosecuted for dangerousness if he kept doing the same. He was released on the same day after seven hours in detention. Moreover, he was fined 300 pesos for disobedience due to the summons he did not show at.
