Arturo Rojas worked for CTC and they gave him a house. Time after, they tried to take away the house from him and when he protested they cut the water, the light and fired him from work. The political police started to threaten him and his family and Arturo went to UNPACU for help. Since then, police harassment has increased, they threaten him with incarceration and with eviction.
