Luis Orlando Fornitura Romero was arrested together with his cousin Niober García Fournier who is a member of the Cuban Movement of Youth for Democracy (Movimiento Cubano de Jóvenes por la Democracia, MCJD). At the police station he was interrogated for three hours by Captain nicknamed Brian, the second chief of the dissident confrontation (Enfrentamiento a la disidencia, DSE) of Guantanamo, who besides threatened him for his bond with brothers Niober and Yordis Garcia Fournier, proposed him to cooperate by betraying civic activities of his cousins.
